Laura Keene’s bloodstained sleeve cuff

This sleeve cuff purportedly stained with Lincoln’s blood was worn by actress Laura Keene, the star of the Ford's Theater production of Our American Cousin. According to legend, Keene rushed to Lincoln’s box bearing a pitcher of water. As she cradled Lincoln’s head, her cuff became stained with his blood.
